WOW what a summer it's been! The last couple months have been PACKED, but you wouldn't know it judging by our blog! We had visits from grandparents and friends, we attended the always breathtaking air show at Elmendorf AFB, Malena made her first trip to the fair, we braved an overnight backpacking trip with our baby girl, Malena had her first birthday and a party to go with it, we became and Aunt and Uncle for the first time...on and on it goes! So I'll spend this week trying to post some pictures to go along with all these wonderful events!

| This big girl cruises around with ease and is practicing her free standing quite a lot the past couple of days. She also showed great interest in eating the gravel pictured here. I told her she's worked too hard to grow her five little teeth just to break them with rocks!! :) |
